Interview Tips Question: I am attaching 2 resumes, 1 is for accounts assistant and the other is for SAP technical trainee. This is because I am trying for both the designations as both are accounts and finance field, my aim is also to give my service in accounts field. I don’t mind working for BPO accounts also in night shifts.
Guru's Tips: I am not very clear what is your aim. So first keep your long term ( Next 2 to 5 years) aim , then split that into short terms aims ( 6 months 1 year ) , then plan in a strategic way and then you can achieve that. So, first fix which job, you want. Prepare the Resume to fit for that job. Don’t try to get at a time 2 to 3 jobs, by having 2 to 3 resumes. It confuses you and it’s tough to manage. So you plan to get 1 first, by preparing 1 perfect resume. Then you can go one by one. You analyze your self to give the priorities like, salary, knowledge, designation, etc. With this priority decide and then try to fix the goal and achieve it. I saw you resume and it’s very basic. You keep your professional experience after the objective, and try to show your potential. Try to download some sample resumes, and observe those carefully and then update your resume. All The Best!

Next, when you say frankly all the issues true, then no need to tense and become nervous. Generally HR Managers will observe candidates, psychological balance, patience and temperament.
